CSP collects limited personal information such as title, name, and contact details (address, phone, fax and email) from the forms on this website and in the conduct of the organisation’s business. CSP collects this information from:

CSP will only terminate any such relationship after notice is given to the individual that if the information is not provided, CSP can no longer act. CSP will provide the individual with a reason as to why the information is required.

If, for any reason, an individual would like to be removed from CSP mailing lists, please email CSP and clearly state full name and address as it appears on the communication piece received from CSP. If CSP sends an individual an email for a commercial purpose, CSP will include the ability for an individual to opt out of receiving further communications.
